An educational center has been the target of a new terrorist attack in Kabul. The suicide bomber blasted his explosive belt killing 25 people, according to the latest update.
More than 35 have been injured in the attack. Afghanistan health Ministry, confirming the latest death toll, explained that the number of victims may rise as some wounded are in critical condition.
Some unconfirmed sources reported that the death toll hit 36. The number is yet to be verified by local officials.

While no immediate announcement has been made to claim the responsibility of the blast, minutes ago, Taliban denied any involvement in the attack.
