Just hours left for the Fourth Global Convention of Solidarity with Palestine

About 350 activists and civil society organizations from 80 countries around the world came to participate in the global convention which seeks to come out with practical results to strengthen the global solidarity movement with Palestine.

Launching the Conference with an Opening Ceremony will be held on Sunday (19:00 p.m -21:00 p.m local time)and will include a messages of solidarity with the Palestinian steadfast people through speeches by the most prominent participants.

Ten models of institutions and individuals will be honored for their special offerings in the service of the issue within the “Pioneers of Offering for Palestine” program, and an interactive artistic section for Palestine will be held.

The second day of the convention (Monday, 09:00 a.m – 17:45 p.m local time) includes a presentation of the most tragic aspects of the Palestinian people’s suffering, under the headlines of: Trump’s Declaration on Al-Quds, Palestinian Prisoners, Zionist Violations against Children, Settlement, Refugees’ Suffering, and Gaza Siege. This will be through an intensive visual presentation and live testimonies by participants from the Palestinian inside.

The third day (Tuesday, 09:00 a.m – 17:30 p.m local time) discussion of an electronic media joint plan will be held, aimed at creating a media network composed of all the Campaign members and friends that will cooperate to highlight the justice of the Palestinian cause and to confront media attempts to distort the image of the Palestinian resistance people.

After this session, the committees’ results will be read and the concluding statement and forum recommendations will be discussed. Speeches by a number of political figures and resistance leaders will delver their statements at the concluding session, and the concluding statement will be read.

The participant delegations are to have a border tour in the villages overlooking the occupied Palestinian territories, and to visit the outset site of the 2011 march of return in the village of Maroun A-Ras, where a large number of martyrs ascended.
